Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee high-end residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for conceptual designs, client presentations, coordination with consultants, and ensuring the final output aligns with the firm’s design standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts, plans, and presentations

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and technical teams

Review drawings and ensure quality and compliance

Visit sites when required to monitor execution
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools

Strong design sense and communication skills
-
COA registration preferred
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with artistic vision to deliver functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
