Job Title: Architect
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and licensed Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full design process, from conceptual design and schematic drawings to construction documents and project management. You'll ensure all projects are structurally sound, compliant with building codes, and meet our clients' vision and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budget, and functional requirements.
Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and detailed construction drawings.
Manage the project lifecycle from initial concept through to final construction.
Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Professional Architect license (required).
Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and methods.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
A strong portfolio of completed projects.
