Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to handle projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans as per client requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Use CAD and other design software to prepare detailed drawings and 3D models.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved designs.

Incorporate sustainable and innovative design practices.

Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

Valid license/registration as an Architect (if applicable).

Proven experience in architectural design and project management or fresher accepted.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
