Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Development
-
Create innovative and functional architectural, interior, and landscaping designs that meet client requirements.

Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and design presentations using professional software tools.

Prepare conceptual layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs for execution.

Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective solutions into designs where applicable.
2. Project Planning & Execution
-
Coordinate design concepts with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
-
Conduct site measurements, if required, and translate them into design plans.

Assist in material selection, color schemes, and space planning for interiors.

Ensure that design specifications align with budget, quality, and functional requirements.
3. Client Interaction & Presentation
-
Present design ideas to clients through visual presentations and mood boards.

Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on progress.
4. Landscaping Design
-
Plan and design aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable outdoor spaces.

Select appropriate plants, materials, and landscaping elements that complement the architecture.
5. Independent Work & Collaboration
-
Manage design tasks independently with minimal supervision.
-
Collaborate with the team during the live office session to review and finalize projects.

Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Work Arrangement

Work From Home: Minimum 12–15 hours per week.

Office Session: One full day per week at our office (day of your choice).

Flexibility: Candidate must be capable of working independently without constant supervision.
Skills & Competencies Required
Technical Skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of architectural principles, interior design trends, and landscaping concepts.

Ability to create detailed working drawings and realistic 3D visualizations.
