The company is well placed to offer speedy execution in respect of architectural services, master planning, residential/corporate and commercial interiors with a large team of the workforce for supervision and execution of large turnkey jobs involving the entire gamut of works. We also offer integrated project solution from procurement of the property, market analysis for a recommendation of a suitable project to be proposed on the nature of returns on long and short-term return planning to complete construction management and project management services.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage all architectural design coordination for new & existing infrastructure
2. Prepare drawings
3. Coordinate with design consultants
4. Check the consultants work for accuracy and adequacy
5. Work on efficient design and comparison of different systems in terms of efficiency, cost, and ROI
6. Suggest optimization of design to save costs
7. Ensure all regulations are met and codes satisfied
8. Prepare budgetary estimates
9. Work with project execution team to ensure that the drawings are implemented
