Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the product brief and assist the team lead in preparing RFPs documents, follow-up with the consultants to get the offers, review of offers and highlight for deviations/exclusion and assist to prepare final work order
2. Assist team lead for preparation of design deliverable schedule
3. Create the folder structure in the central system for systematic documentation of design deliverables
4. Follow-up with consultant for timely delivery of design deliverables
5. Track and documentation of the deliverables in the central system
6. Design & Preparation of presentations for ideation exercises taken up inhouse / Management decks / Outgoing data to clients
7. Ensure timely responses to regular email trajectories between internal & external stakeholders
8. Set up Meetings-offline & online
9. Ensure regular tracking & preparation of Agendas/MOMs of meetings
10. Upload and follow-up of invoices from Consultants & internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments
11. Coordinate with structural, architectural and other consultants of the project for closure of deliverables
12. Highlight and assist the team lead for closure of the site issues, vendor queries
13. Follow up with the vendor for their deliverables mainly shop drawings and sample approvals
14. Work on documentation and tracking of vendor deliverables and co-ordinate with the consultants for closure
15. Work on sample delivery & approvals coordination between consultants and vendors
