Roles and
Responsibilities:
To follow up
on the generated leads.
Coordinate
with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area
designated to them and also follow independent owner
leads and close the deal.
Verification
of the location; house before on-boarding the property
Pitch about
the company policies; convincing the owner
Collection of
details for generating the agreement between the company & owner
Pre -Requisites( Educational
Qualification and Experience):
Experience 0 to 2 years
Minimum
educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)
Good
communication skills
Negotiation
skills
Candidates
well versed with the local language would be preferable
Should be
ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work
Should
possess or be ready to possess a 2 wheeler within 5-7 days of joining duty
