· Any Graduation
· Experience in Logistics field (courier industry) / FMCG/ Food Chain/ Retail field highly preferred
· People management experience. Experience in handling external and multiple stakeholders including team, vendors, clients, field executives is highly
desirable
· Experience in handling live operation preferred (wherein troubleshooting and decisions have to be taken on the spot)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
· Master of Business Administration (MBA)
· Experience supporting customers internally and externally
· Experience to run a Hyperlocal business / QSR chains or any similar ground operations with high complexity and expectation is desirable.
· Local execution experience for Mumbai will be desirable
