Role Overview
As an Area Manager – Rev Ops, you will play a dual role of driving business development and ensuring smooth operational excellence across preschools in your assigned region. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the growth and success of both the brand and our franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand the preschool network.
- Support franchise owners in setting up and launching new centers.
- Conduct regular operational audits and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Guide and train franchise partners and staff on curriculum implementation, safety, and quality standards.
- Drive enrollments and admissions through local marketing and outreach activities.
- Act as a bridge between the corporate office and franchise partners for seamless communication and support.
- Monitor performance metrics and assist centers in achieving their business and operational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in franchise management, preschool/education sector, or service industry (preferred).
- Strong understanding of both business development and operations management.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
