Job Designation 1: Area Property Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquiring tenants for the properties through leads provided by Lead Generation Team.
- Ensuring smooth Move In of the tenants as well as their Move Outs.
- Generating off line leads through market sources.
- Generation of Tenant Agreements.
- Salary- 2.5 to 3.5 LPA
Job Designation 2 : Tenant Acquisition Champion
Role and Responsibilities:
- Pitching about NestAway to customers.
- Lead generation.
- Submitting the calling list to Reporting Manager daily.
- Follow up with customers to close bookings.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Eligibility &Qualifications:
- Experience 0-2 years.
- Effective communication skills.
- Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable.
