Job Description

Role:

APM is a high impact - high ownership role for Nestaway. APM serves as the building block for
core offering of our business i.e. Property Management . APM is expected to perform the role of
a general manager for the area assigned to him/her. This role requires the APM to be on the field
and carry out tasks. (Having a 2 wheeler is a must)
Key Responsibilities
Property Manager for ~100 houses. Serve as single point of contact for all on-ground
issues faced by tenants and owners of houses assigned to the APM
Manage a team of caretakers (reporting to APM), ensuring all houses are in good
condition at all times
Adhere to process guidelines and SOPs laid out for each task assigned
Perform tasks within stipulated SLAs, ensuring all required steps are completed
Customer ratings - All tasks would have a customer feedback rating assigned. Aspire for
high ratings and perform tasks effectively with customer centricity, ensuring high average
ratings
Provide feedback to management on system issues, process gaps, etc to ensure overall
process keeps on improving

Primary Tasks:

SAVs - Show properties to prospective tenants at a time and location scheduled by
tenants on the website/app. Ensure tenants are provided comprehensive information about
the property and visit experience is smooth. Provide timely updates on internal
application to other teams after a visit
Move in - Accompany the tenant to the property. Complete move as per the checklist
available on internal application. Ensure tenants move in experience is smooth
Move out - Complete move out formalities as per checklist available on internal
application. Snag the house for any damages and enter details in the checklist. Ensure
tenants move out experience is smooth
Periodic House Visits - Visit houses at scheduled times to meet tenants/owners and
perform comprehensive house inspections.
Owner/Tenant/Society Meetings - Conduct regular meetings with
tenants/owners/society managers and vendors for zone assigned to the APM to ensure
stakeholders are happy and issues are reported and solved in time
Resolution of Service Requests - These generally require coordination with societies,
government authorities or tenants and owners. Important to solve issues from their root
cause. Identify root cause and provide resolution in time

Must have:

Good communication skills
Candidates well versed with the local language would be
preferable
Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the
work
Should possess or be ready to possess a 2 wheeler within 5-7
days of joining duty
