Profile: “Area Sales Manager- Field Work”

Pay Grade: Between 3.00 Lac to 3.60 Lac per annum

Reporting Person: Reporting to Concerned Sales Officer

Shift Timings: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (can be extended depending upon the work)

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible to perform day-to-day operations effectively and efficiently.

-Managing, Training and motivating the sales team to maximize revenue growth.

-Develop and manage an efficient distribution network for sales.

-Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.

-Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

-Collecting customer and market feedback of the assigned territory.

-Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads.

-Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.

-Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field is preferred.

-Proven 4 – 5 years of sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.

-Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

-Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

-Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

-Effective communication skills.

-Exceptional customer service skills.
