Pay Grade: Between 3.00 Lac to 3.60 Lac per annum
Reporting Person: Reporting to Concerned Sales Officer
Shift Timings: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (can be extended depending upon the work)

Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible to perform day-to-day operations effectively and efficiently.
· Managing, Training and motivating sales team to maximize revenue growth.
· Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales.
· Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
· Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
· Collecting customer and market feedback of the assigned territory.
· Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales date, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads.
· Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
· Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field is preferred.
· Proven 4 – 5 years sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
· Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
· Effective communication skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
