- Location: Mumbai- Head Office
- Daily
visit to Cardiologist / Hospital / Distributor for sales and revenue
generations.
- Plan
and execute monthly /weekly visit calendar with team member
- Create regional sales plan in alignment with business objectives.]
- Perform distributor / hospital management target setting and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Leading
and managing regional sales team of the assigned territory to achieve sales
targets.
- Achieve
monthly, quarterly and annually sales target for primary and secondary.
- Implementing
strategic decision in consultation with the management to increase company
reach and finally sales.
- Conduct
customer satisfaction survey through sales team with KOL, cardiologist and
distributor.
- Planning
and execution of sales promotion and marketing program.
- Reviewing
of weekly performance of the team and working on it.
- Market
survey, data mining and maximising mapping region potential.
- Ensuring payment recovery on time and zero outstanding in region as per the credit frameworks.
