Area Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibility:
- Responsible for Direct Sales of Unsecured Business Loan / SME Loan
- 5+ years of Experience in Bank/NBFC are preferredTo grow the retail loan business and achieve the targeted loan book size.
- Lead a team of relationship managers
- Candidate should be able to identify ,recruit and maintain relationship with DSA’s / Referrals / Connectors etc.
- Analyzing customer financial status, credit, and Working Capital
- Providing information to customers about Business Loan
- Coordinating with collection department in resolving non-starters and delinquency cases.
- Incorporating various check-points within the sales process of the team to ensure quality sourcing by the team ensuring acquisition of quality assets.
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- The job involves extensive traveling within the assigned area and conducting market/ customer mapping.
- Candidate needs to proactively identify sales prospects follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business and follow the various internal guidelines and procedures.
