Job Description
- Generating Owner Leads with/without brokers
- Follow up on leads generated through the system
- Meeting owners, making a sales pitch and closing the deal to acquire houses
- Generating tenant leads
- Follow up on tenant leads generated through the system, help them understand the concept through a sales pitch and convert them to Nesties
- Adhere to the performance parameters set like SAV efficiency, cancellations, AM rating, move-out etc.
- Maintaining relationship with existing tenants and owners to drive referrals.
- Male Candidates Preferred.
