Will be accountable for achieving the targets, leading and motivating the sales force.
Achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies.
Execute company's policy & strategies.
He should have 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the channel sales with a proven track record.
Ensuring 100% coverage of listed customers as per decided frequency.
Implementation of sales & MKT strategies
Seek help of seniors to convert difficult customers.
Focus on weak areas of the assigned territory & improve it to achieve sales budget.
