Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Management

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize strategy.

Develop and implement area-specific sales plans in alignment with the company’s goals.

Identify high-potential customers, institutions, or regions to focus resources and efforts.
2. Team Leadership and Development

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, Territory Managers, or Business Executives.

Set clear targets, performance metrics, and objectives for the team.

Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness.

Identify training needs and provide regular coaching to improve individual and team competencies.

Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
3. Market and Competitor Analysis

Conduct regular market intelligence activities, including tracking competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.

Identify gaps in the market or unmet customer needs and propose new business opportunities.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, or healthcare professionals (depending on the industry).

Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Act as a key point of contact for important accounts within the region.
5. Operational and Administrative Responsibilities

Manage budgets, expenses, and resources allocated for the assigned area.

Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.

6. Territory Planning and Expansion

Required Skills and Qualifications
