Position: Area Sales Manager (Uttarakhand)
Key Responsibilities

2. Team Leadership and Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to enhance the team’s skill set.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and future strategies.

3. Customer Relationship Management
