Key Responsibilities

• Promote Solar Rooftop Systems & PM Surya Ghar solutions to customers.
• Generate new customer leads through field marketing and direct interaction.
• Explain solar system benefits, subsidy schemes and financing options to customers.
• Conduct customer visits and follow up on enquiries.
• Develop relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated and willing to work in the field.
• Sales/marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the local area and Telugu communication skills preferred.
