A reputed Hong Kong-based Multinational Bathware Company is looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for its Indian market.

The company deals in Sanitaryware, Faucets, Kitchen Sinks, Bathroom Accessories, Tiles, Bathroom Vanity, Wellness Products, Chimneys & Cooktops, with a presence across Hong Kong, China, Singapore, India, UAE and Nepal.

 POSITION

Area Sales Manager – Siliguri, West Bengal

 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in Channel Sales / Partner Development
• Experience in Sanitaryware / Ceramics / Bathware / Faucets / Tiles / Kitchen Sink / Bathroom Accessories / Wellness industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Channel Sales & Institutional Sales
• Excellent Distributor & Dealer handling experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills
• Young, energetic and target-oriented professionals preferred

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop and manage dealers, distributors and channel partners
 Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
 Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/distributors
 Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
 Expand market coverage and increase product visibility
 Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities
 Coordinate with distributors, dealers, retailers and institutional customers
 Ensure timely order generation, collection and market follow-up
 Prepare sales reports, market feedback and sales forecasts
 Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities
 Manage the Siliguri territory and contribute to overall business growth
