Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Shimla region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the beverages industry, strong market understanding, and excellent leadership skills to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Manage and support the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.

Conduct regular market surveys to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Oversee product visibility, placement, and promotional activities in the assigned territory.

Monitor sales performance and deliver regular reports to management.

Ensure timely collection of payments and effective credit control.

Forecast demand and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or related field.

4–5 years of proven sales experience in the beverage industry (FMCG experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Shimla territory and surrounding markets.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
-
Goal-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
