Experience: 3-5 years in professional audio sales, with knowledge of PRO audio speakers, amplifiers, and DSP systems.
Preferred Brand Experience: TOA, Ahuja, Bosch, Honeywell, JBL, Bose, or similar.
Sales Experience: Must have experience in field sales (not retail shop sales)
Market Knowledge: Should be familiar with the pro audio industry and distribution market. Availability: Ready to join within 30 days or immediate joiner.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, distribution management, and a passion for professional audio equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the distribution of TOA and Williams brand speakers.
- Identify and acquire new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients in the assigned territory.
- Manage and support existing distributors, ensuring strong business relationships.
- Drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and increase market share.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
