Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute territory growth plans.

 Build relationships with workshops, distributors and fleet operators.

 Drive customer acquisition, activation and retention.

 Act as the voice of the customer within the company.

 Help define sales processes and mentor future team members.

 Ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.

What We Are Looking For

 5–8 years in automotive aftermarket, spare parts distribution, fleet solutions or

related industries.

 Proven success in territory and account management.

 Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.

 Existing NCR aftermarket network and workshops preferred.
