Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence Trainer (AI Trainer) to deliver high-quality training and mentorship to students or professionals in the field of AI, Machine Learning, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, deep learning, and Python programming, with a proven ability to teach, mentor, and inspire learners.
As an AI Trainer, your role is to design and deliver engaging sessions, practical labs, and assessments that help learners develop real-world AI skills. You’ll also stay current with evolving technologies and tools in the AI domain to ensure training content remains cutting-edge and industry-relevant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Delivery & Classroom Engagement

Conduct live or recorded sessions on AI topics including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Science, etc.

Deliver lectures, practical labs, coding demos, and project reviews as per the course schedule.

Use real-life examples, case studies, and problem-solving sessions to deepen learners’ understanding.

Encourage learner interaction, engagement, and collaboration throughout the training period.
2. Content Development & Course Design

Develop and update training material, including slide decks, hands-on exercises, quizzes, and projects.

Design modular learning paths for different audiences — beginners, professionals, or domain-specific applications (e.g., AI in healthcare or finance).

Prepare assignments, capstone projects, and assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.

Ensure that content aligns with current industry standards and AI advancements.
3. Mentoring & Doubt Resolution

Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to learners on concepts, project work, and career-related queries.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, code reviews, and project feedback discussions.

Monitor learner progress and recommend personalized strategies to improve performance.

Foster a growth-oriented mindset and lifelong learning attitude among participants.
4. Assessment & Feedback

Evaluate learner performance through project submissions, assessments, and coding tests.

Provide timely, constructive feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.

Maintain detailed records of attendance, performance, and feedback using LMS or tracking tools.

Suggest certification readiness based on student assessment data.
5. Industry Awareness & Technology Updates

Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, frameworks, and trends in AI and Data Science (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).

Integrate recent advancements and real-world use cases into training modules.

Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base via blogs, internal sessions, or research reports.
