Key Responsibilities:
1. Auditioning and Casting
-
Participate in auditions, screen tests, and look tests as scheduled by the casting team.

Perform monologues, dialogues, or scenes as per the casting script provided.
-
Prepare for characters by understanding the role's background, personality, and relevance to the storyline.
-
Be open to direction and feedback during auditions or rehearsals.
2. Acting and Performance
-
Portray a wide range of characters authentically across different formats such as:
-
Feature films (commercial, indie)
-
Web series (OTT platforms – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, etc.)
-
TV serials (daily soaps, reality-based fiction, drama)
-
Television and digital advertisements (commercials, promos)

Deliver compelling, realistic performances as per the director's vision and script requirements.

Rehearse lines, expressions, and actions before shoot days.
-
Maintain energy and consistency during multiple takes and scenes.
3. Collaboration and Teamwork
-
Collaborate with co-actors, directors, producers, DOPs, choreographers, and other crew members on set.
-
Follow directions given by the creative team to match mood, timing, and technical aspects of the shoot.

Participate in costume fittings, makeup trials, and promotional events if required.

Be punctual and cooperative on shoot locations, whether studio or outdoor sets.
4. Professional Conduct
-
Be respectful and professional with cast and crew at all times.
-
Abide by production schedules and be available for shoots during assigned time slots.
-
Maintain fitness and grooming standards as per the character requirement.
-
Handle feedback, retakes, or script changes with a positive attitude.
