Job Description
Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has opened applications for all eligible candidates for teaching positions at District Institute for Education and Training (DIET). The candidates who want to apply can follow the application form offline by September 30, 2022.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Master Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Geography/ Public Administration with 55% marks from any recognized university
- M.Ed. with 55% marks with specialization in Educational Planning/ Administration
- NET/SLET/Ph.D from any recognized university
OR
- M.A. (Education) specialization in Educational Planning & Administration with 55% marks from any recognized university
- Degree in Teacher Education (Preferably Elementary/Secondary Teacher Education) with 55% marks
- NET/SLET/Ph.D from any recognized university
Age Limit
As per the Assam Public Service Commission Recruitment Notification, the candidate should have a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum of 38 years as of 1st January 2022.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be getting a Scale of Pay PB-4 Rs.30,000/- to 1,10,000/- for the post of Lecturer in D.I.E.T under the Elementary Education Department.
Application Fee
- For General/ EWS Candidate: Rs.250/-.
- For SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC: Rs.150/-.
- For BPL Candidate: Nil.
- And for PWBD candidates: Nil.
Selection Process
According to the APSC Lecturer Jobs 2022 notice, selection will be done on the performance of the Screening Examination/ Written Examination and Interview Test.
