Department: Production
Location: Factory / Manufacturing Unit
Job Description:
The Assembling and Production Executive is responsible for assembling components, operating production tools and machinery, and ensuring that products are manufactured according to quality and safety standards. The role involves following technical drawings, maintaining production efficiency, and coordinating with the production supervisor to meet daily targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components as per drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Perform production activities including fitting, fastening, brazing, or basic machine operations as required.

Ensure quality checks during and after assembly to avoid defects.

Maintain proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.

Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets.

Identify and report material shortages, defects, or machine issues to the supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Follow company safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support team members and assist in continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / Basic technical qualification preferred.

Experience in assembling or production work (manufacturing / freezer / engineering field preferred).

Ability to read basic drawings and understand assembly instructions.

Knowledge of hand tools and basic production equipment.

Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Experience:

0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
