Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop assembly components, fixtures, and tooling using CAD software.

  • Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models with accurate dimensions and tolerances.

  • Analyze assembly feasibility, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve design issues.

  • Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), assembly instructions, and technical documentation.

  • Conduct design reviews and modify designs based on feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

  • Support prototype development and testing activities.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, CREO, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.

  • Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical drafting skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
