Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop assembly components, fixtures, and tooling using CAD software.
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models with accurate dimensions and tolerances.
Analyze assembly feasibility, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve design issues.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
Conduct design reviews and modify designs based on feedback.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
Support prototype development and testing activities.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, CREO, etc.).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical drafting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
