Job Title: Assembly Engineer
Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Engineer to oversee and execute the assembly of machinery and mechanical components. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and engineering drawings.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of machines, components, and sub-assemblies.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and technical specifications.
Ensure machines are assembled according to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with the production, design, and quality teams during assembly activities.
Inspect components and assemblies for accuracy and quality.
Identify assembly issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Perform testing, alignment, and troubleshooting of assembled machines.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
Maintain assembly records, checklists, and relevant documentation.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve assembly efficiency and product quality.
Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of mechanical components, tools, and measuring instruments.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of machine installation and testing is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in machine assembly or machinery manufacturing.
