Job Description

You Will be responsible for manufacturing led bulb, tube, bldc fans and other products. He/she shall be responsible for timely delivery of the product and also shall be responsible for packing items and dispatching.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing & Assembly

Assemble LED bulbs, tube lights, BLDC fans, and other electronic products following company guidelines.
Operate basic tools and machinery required for assembly.
Follow safety procedures and quality control standards.

2. Packing & Dispatching

Ensure products are packed properly to avoid damage during transportation.
Label, seal, and arrange finished goods for dispatch.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.

3. Quality Control & Maintenance

Inspect components and finished products for defects.
Report faulty items or assembly issues to the supervisor.
Keep the workstation clean and organized.

4. Timely Delivery & Productivity

Meet daily production targets.
Work efficiently to ensure timely dispatch of products.
Follow assembly line procedures for smooth workflow.
