Position: Assistant Manager - Operations
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operational activities.
Ensure smooth execution of business processes and operational workflows.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve operational targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and MIS.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle customer escalations and operational issues effectively.
Support manpower planning, training, and team development activities.
