Job Description – Assistant Manager - Operations

Position: Assistant Manager - Operations

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operational activities.

  • Ensure smooth execution of business processes and operational workflows.

  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve operational targets.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and MIS.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Handle customer escalations and operational issues effectively.

  • Support manpower planning, training, and team development activities.
