Assistant Account Receivables - AR Caller ensure the seamless operation of the process and ensure maximum efficiency for claims. We’re looking for qualified freshers who can be easily integrated into this system

Roles & Responsibilities

• To work with US clients of Wave Online, mainly in healthcare.
• To initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting the status of claims.
• To track unpaid accounts, assess payment action and apply standard procedures to secure payment.
• To understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
• To ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis.
• To meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.

Pre-qualifications

• Graduates of any degree or diploma (Non-engineering), and higher secondary school leaving certificate holders are also welcome
• Candidates should be above 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills in English
• They should be ready to work the night shift between 7 PM to 4 AM (Time confirmation and changes based on project requirements/allocations), with Saturdays & Sundays off
• A pleasant voice and a positive attitude
• Good organizational skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up
• Willingness to be a team player and systematic
• Certificates of participation in literary clubs, and activities like public speaking (Preferable)
• Passion for storytelling or conversations (Preferable)
• Commitment to working with the company for a minimum of two years

Night Shift Details: As Wave Online works for US healthcare based on projects, the time zone shift in the US may lead to varying timings. The time frame is from 6 PM to 6 AM. It can be from 6 PM to 3 AM or 7 PM to 4 AM or 8 PM to 5 AM.
