Assistant Accountant/ Administrative Assistant  job opportunities in Assam Science and Technology University

Assistant Accountant (Post Code No: AC/03/2018)

Scale of Pay :  Rs. 14,000- 49,000 + Grade pay: Rs. 8,000/-

Qualification : Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy from any UGC recognized Indian University.

Desirable : 1. Knowledge in accounting procedure in Government, Semi Government or Autonomous organization will be preferred. 2. Experience in Accounting software preferably Tally will be an added qualification.

Age Limit : Minimum age should be 18 years and Maximum age of 44 years as on 01/01/2018. Relaxation of 5 (five) years in age for SC/ST candidates.

Mode of Selection :   Written test followed by computer skill test. Only the written test qualified candidates will be called for computer skill test. Syllabus of written test: General Knowledge, General Aptitude, General English, Computer Knowledge and Accountancy.

Administrative Assistant  (Post Code: AA/03/2018)

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline from any UGC recognized Indian University with skill in computer, knowledge of office procedure in Govt., Semi Govt. or Autonomous organization.

Desirable : Computer proficiency in office procedures, data analysis in MS Word, MS Excel etc.

Scale of Pay :  Rs14,000-49,000 + Grade pay: Rs. 8,700/-
