Job Description

• Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments details, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing all the bank work and other outside finance work of office.
• Handle petty cash transactions and record expenses.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documents.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining financial records, Bank works .

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, B. Com., Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Local male candidates of Ranchi will be preferred.
* Should have the working experience of 1-2 years.
* Should have own bike/ two wheeler.
* 70% Field work related to accounts.
