Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of our business in a specific geographic region
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws, regulations, and standards
Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community leaders

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and resources across the organization
