Responsibilities and Duties
- Should recruit Advisors or Agents.
- Should give training for the agents.
- Develop agents by conducting Joint sales
calls.
- Manage the activity of advisory and drive
business to them.
- Mandatory attendance at all meeting and
training programs as decided from time-to- time by management.
- conducting meetings with the reporting
agents.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should be a graduate.
- Should have minimum 2 years of Sales
experience in Insurance Sales.
- Age limit 25 to 35.
