Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Branch Operations & Compliance
✅ Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
✅ Ensure compliance with banking regulations (RBI, KYC, AML, etc.) and internal policies.
✅ Oversee cash management, account opening processes, and banking transactions.
✅ Conduct audits and risk management to maintain security and accuracy.
2️⃣ Sales & Business Development
✅ Assist in achieving branch sales targets for banking products (loans, deposits, insurance, etc.).
✅ Build strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
✅ Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and cross-selling financial products.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to run local promotional campaigns.
3️⃣ Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
✅ Train, mentor, and supervise branch employees to improve performance.
✅ Monitor and analyze team KPIs, service quality, and productivity.
✅ Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and solutions.
4️⃣ Customer Service & Relationship Management
✅ Resolve customer complaints and service issues effectively.
✅ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
✅ Implement initiatives to enhance digital banking adoption and customer experience.
