Job Description
-Customer service skills
-Ability to build rapport with students (Resolving their queries &concerns, tracking their course progress, assisting in their batch scheduling etc)
-Arranging for the kits and other consumable requirements for students as per their course
-Administration of the centre
-Managing stocks of the centre
-Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and upkeep of centre facility (with help from housekeeping staff)
-Arranging models for students to practice their skills on
