Job Description

Assistant Client Partner: US Voice Process.

Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services
Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference
Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up
Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints through calling to ensure that customer

Eligibility :

Need Candidates with Excellent English Communication Skill
Shift: Night Shift (Free Pick up and Drop will be provided)
Fresh Arts / Science / Diploma holders with excellent communication can walk-in directly
BE / B. tech / MBA / MCA 2018 passed out graduates are not eligible
Minimum 1 year of Domestic / International BPO Experience is Mandatory for BE/ B. tech / MBA / MCA graduates.
