Job Description
Assistant Client Partner: US Voice Process.
- Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services
- Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference
- Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up
- Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints through calling to ensure that customer
Eligibility :
- Need Candidates with Excellent English Communication Skill
- Shift: Night Shift (Free Pick up and Drop will be provided)
- Fresh Arts / Science / Diploma holders with excellent communication can walk-in directly
- BE / B. tech / MBA / MCA 2018 passed out graduates are not eligible
- Minimum 1 year of Domestic / International BPO Experience is Mandatory for BE/ B. tech / MBA / MCA graduates.
