Qualifications : Degree
in Engineering in Civil or Mechanical or Computer Science or Information
Technology or Aeronautical or Electrical or Electronics disciplines from a
recognized University with three years’ experience in; OR Masters Degree in
Science in the subjects of Electronics or Physics with two years’ experience
in; OR B. Sc. Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Physics or
Electronics as subjects with five years’ experience in, - (a) Air Traffic
Control with Aerodrome Control or Approach Control or Area Control rating; or
(b) Licensing of Aerodromes or Flight Crew or Air Transport; or (c) Management
of Airside operations of major or International Civil Airport; or (d) Aircraft
flying with Commercial Pilot Licence; or (e) Aircraft flying in Defence
Services; or (f) Flight operations department of a Scheduled Airlines; or (g)
Aerodrome Design and Planning.
Pay Scale : Level-11
in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted,
Non-Ministerial.

Deputy Director
(Safety) (Mechanical), Directorate General Factory Advice Service, &
Labour Institute (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour and Employment

Qualifications : Degree
in Mechanical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience : Five
years’ practical experience in handling various aspects of industrial safety in
a factory, dock, ship or a technical institution/organization or in Government
Department dealing with the administration of Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948)
or Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act, 1986 (54 of 1986). NOTE:
Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service
Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Desirable : Experience in planning organizing and
coordinating of research, education and training activities pertaining to
industrial Safety/dock safety.
Pay Scale : Level-11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.

Qualifications : Master’s
degree in Chemistry from a recognized University or equivalent*. *The
equivalent word is defined as under: Equivalent degree to M.Sc. degree in
Chemistry is M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Inorganic
Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry.
Experience : Three years experience in the Chemical analysis
of Water samples and interpretation of relevant data.
Pay Scale : Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC.
General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted, (Non-Ministerial-Scientific and
Technical).
Age Limit : 35 years.
Application Fee : (a) Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only
either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net
banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. (b) No
