Qualification : 1. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or a provincial Act or any Institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification. 2. Must have three years practical experience in Electrical Engineering of which not less than one year shall be in the field of Electrical and Mechanical workshop or Generation or Transmission or distribution of Electricity or in the administration of Indian Electricity Act, 1910 and the rules made there under in a position of responsibility. G.O.Ms.No.122, EFES& T (Ser.1) Dept., Dated: 25-09-1993.

N.B:- Experience certificate should be from an Electrical Contractor (License Grade-A/Grade-B form HA/HB) issued by the Electrical Licensing Board to the company where he /she has worked.

Scale of Pay :  Rs.37, 100 – 91,450

Age Limit :  No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he / she is more than 42 years of age as on 01/07/2018 as per G.O.Ms.No.132, GA (Service -A) Dept., dated:15.10.2018. Candidates should not be born earlier than 2nd July 1976 and not later than 1st July 2000.

Application Fee :  Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs. 120/- (Rupees one hundred twenty only) towards examination fee.  However, the following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs.120/- only.

Selection Procedure :  Written Examinations. The main examination in online mode for candidates selected in screening test will be held through computer based test on 17/04/2019.
