Educational Qualifications: A degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act Provincial Act or a State Act or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto. 

Note: (i) If there is any deviation from the above qualifications for posts, the candidate shall produce the equivalent certificate from the authority issuing the qualification certificate viz., Register of the University or Secretary of the Institute for accepting his/her application. (ii) Degrees awarded under Distance mode through study centers by other State Universities (beyond A.P. State) are not legally valid. 

Application Fee: i) Applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC communities of Andhra Pradesh State shall pay an amount of Rs.200 towards 

Application Processing Fee. There is no Examination Fee for the above categories. ii) Applicants belonging to PH/Ex-Servicemen shall pay an amount of Rs.200 towards Application Processing Fee. There is no Examination Fee for the above categories.

iii) Applicants belonging to General Category shall pay an amount of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee.

iv) Applicants belonging to States other than Andhra Pradesh will be considered in General category only and are required to pay the above prescribed fee i.e. Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee.
