Qualification :  MBA* /CA/CFA

Desirable : Degree in Law, Experience in structuring financial instruments * MBA should be from a Tier 1 institution (Tier 1 - Institutions coming within the Top 25 ranks for Management as per the National Institutional Ranking Framework

Work Experience :  Not less than 5 years in the area of finance

Pay Scale of Contract appointment :  At the consolidated pay (including monetary perks and benefits) of a RBI/SEBI employee at the Assistant General Manager scale. The monetised value of perks and benefits may be fixed at 30% of the scale. Candidate will be placed within the Pay Scale at an appropriate level based on the prior experience. The monthly gross emoluments at the beginning of the scale works out to approximately Rs24 lakhs per year.

Upper Age Limit  :  40 years.

Method of Appointment :  Deputation or Contract for a period of 3 years.

In this new scenario KIIFB has been restructured to act as the key Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for mobilising and channelling the funds to the various infrastructure SPVS. KIIFB through its well organised and professional approach will act as the key arm of Government to facilitate planned, hassle-free and sustained development of both physical and social infrastructure ensuring all round well being and prosperity in the State.
