Job Description An Assistant General Manager (AGM) in sales, particularly one with Salesforce experience, likely focuses on leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the team effectively utilizes Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships. They will also be responsible for training and coaching team members on Salesforce best practices and reporting on sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and guiding a team of sales professionals, potentially including setting performance goals and providing coaching. Sales Strategy Development: Contributing to the creation and implementation of sales strategies, potentially focusing on specific products or territories. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, potentially including new client acquisition and account management. Salesforce Expertise: Utilizing Salesforce to manage leads, track sales progress, and generate reports, potentially including training the sales team on new features and best practices. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking sales performance against targets, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, potentially including market research and lead generation activities. Problem Solving: Addressing challenges faced by the sales team and developing solutions to improve performance.
