Job Description

Background verification.
Payroll
Redesigning / formulating processes in HR Dept. as per quality standards
Organizing training schedules in coordination with internal / external faculty.
Interviewing & negotiating compensation & closing entry-level roles; conducting ex-employment verification check of employees
Preparing salary structure and variable payout of new employees as defined in HR policy.
Reviewing all aspects of human resources in checklist form for both external and internal audit purpose
Developing audit verification report, creating gratuity data for the ex- employees & preparing miscellaneous reports
Exit interviews, analyzing attrition and assisting in retention measures and drive employee engagement activities
Relieving letter, updating HR clearance form & terminating the employees entries from HRMS
Fortifying performance appraisal is conducted in free and fair manner by disregarding all subjective assessment
