Job Description

Our company works in multiple products like dry fruits, spices, herbal products etc. We buy all these online in the B2B market and sales them. You have to teach everyone the same kind of work and get it done.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Workforce Management

Identify staffing needs and conduct recruitment drives for various roles.
Onboard new employees and train them on company products, online procurement, and sales processes.
Develop a strong workforce to handle product sourcing, sales, and operations.

2. Training & Development

Conduct training sessions on how to buy products from the B2B market and sell them effectively.
Develop training materials, guides, and SOPs to streamline operations.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.

3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

Implement and oversee HR policies, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
Foster a positive work environment to improve retention and productivity.

4. Process & Performance Management

Ensure employees follow company guidelines for sourcing and selling products.
Track employee productivity, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with the management team to improve processes and workflows.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Maintain HR records, employee databases, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding HR and operational performance.
