Kumon is the world's largest -school math and reading enrichment program for children ranging from Pre-K to High School.
We (Kumon Bellandur) are seeking a reliable, responsible and trustworthy individual with passion to work with kids and strong belief in importance of education.
The individual must be open-minded to learn Kumon Method.
We will train the right person.

Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Observation and Instruction in the main classroom.
Provide detailed feedback with suggestions for student's progress.
Help other staff in class down time.
Use Kumon's software program to record student's progress and planning work.
Grade worksheets and prepare student files when needed.
Participate in training sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn and improve work skills.
Overall Center maintenance.
Prerequisite
College or University Graduate
Proficient in Mathematics and English
Must be very reliable, punctual and a multi-tasker
Excellent interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic to work with children
Desire to help children to cultivate skills for independent learning and to develop their potential
Prior Kumon experience is added advantage
