Job Description
- Help Desk Counters should know all the process like OP,IP,AHC, Investigation.
- Help Desk Counters should know the doctors dairy and its availability, IP Patients Details like Bed Matrix.
- Help Desk Counters should identify whether the patient is coming for the first time or not and whether they are already registered with the hospital.
- If patient is coming for the first time , they should handover the form to fill the patient information for registration and guide the patient to the registration counter.
- If patient is already registered, they should check the UHID from the computer and write it down in a piece of paper and guide the patient to the OPD Counter or Cardiology Reception(If the patient wants to see a cardiologist).
- If patient is coming only for investigation, they should guide the patient to the Main Cash Counter.
- If patient is coming for Health Check Package, they should guide the patient to the AHC Reception.
- If patient is coming for Inpatient Admission, they should guide the patient to the Admission counter.
