Job Description
Assistant Manager - Academic Relations:
- Responsible for the complete awareness generation and walk in/ incoming calls to the center of the center monthly,quarterly/half yearly and annually through mass counseling, spot counseling and hostel/mess visits.
- Complete branding and events for the center.
- Should be resourceful for manpower vendor arrangement for outsourced activities like postering, pamphleting, shop board, wall painting, pole poster, stall etc.
- Maintining all reports and records in prescribed format about their regular visits to colleges /canteen/hostels etc and action items on the same.
- Responsible for all marketing related activities in the center.
- Planning and excuting of campaigns such as leaflet distribution, banners, display boards, information kiosks and all other ground level activities through vendor and with personal involvement.
- Counsel students walking in at the center about the company’s products and convince them to enroll
- Visiting engineering colleges to put up event based posters, collecting student database and fixing up seminars and executing the same through speakers like an owner.
- Maintain record of student enrollments. Preparing & Sending MIS if required, entering all data enquiry, follow up, admission in MIS daily.
- Need to do Mass Counseling at the departments by taking permissions from HODs and generate lead
- Visit holtels or mess where the target audience (pre final year & final year) B.Tech students stay or near IT parks for working professionals to do spot counseling and generating leads.
- Generate group admissions on spot at institutes/hostels and also generate non Classroom Training product sales
- Assist Center Head in week end conduction of classes and look f or generation of referrals be maintaining excellent realtions with the students
